Lian has been with Universal since 2013. Known for her excellent administrative skills, Lian effectively manages properties throughout the Universal Management portfolio of investments.

Her responsibilities include leasing vacant units, collecting rental payments and managing staff at multiple properties. She also reviews budgets and oversees spending with vendors and suppliers.

Before she came to Universal, Lian worked at Verizon Communications. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management.
