Yvette has a natural talent for cultivating and supporting resident relationships, as well as leasing to high occupancy rates, all with minimal turnover and success in renewal of long term leases. She is quite successful in her role overseeing the improvement of our maintenance staff, bidding and work progress, and contract negotiation and supervision. Yvette takes her job to the highest level and fulfills all expectations of management.

She shares in additional responsibilities including all aspects of Office Management and maintenance, including but not limited to, Payroll, Human Resource Correspondence, Onesite, Yardi, MRI, COS Certified, EIV correspondence and security.
