  • Universal Properties is a Boston-based family-owned real estate management company founded by Stuart Levey in 1992 and now managed along with his sons, Brett and Drew. Today, we own and manage nine properties totaling over 800 residential units. We have always believed in delivering value to our residents: clean, well-maintained properties in great locations that our residents can enjoy.

  • Our success is achieved by crafting the right business plan for each individual property, making capital improvements that boost energy efficiency, improve their sustainability and lower our operating costs – all of which translates into more affordable living for our tenants. We take a comprehensive approach in overseeing all aspects of the buildings we own, and all of our properties are managed in-house and on-site. Universal property managers are seasoned and responsive to the evolving needs of our residents.

  • We own and manage nine properties – one commercial and seven residential – in the Greater Boston area. As a family business, we take tremendous pride in providing modernized, clean, well maintained apartments for our residents. Each of our residential properties has an on-site manager, and our maintenance staff are Universal employees, so you will always see a familiar face around your home.
